Scope of Work

All details related to deliverables, responsibilities, and project expectations will be outlined in a written Scope of Work (SOW) or agreement. Any change in direction, added tasks, or adjustments requested after approval may impact pricing and timelines.

Pricing and Payments

Project pricing is based on the agreed scope of work and may vary depending on complexity and additional requirements. A deposit or retainer may be required before work begins.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated, and late payments may result in paused work or additional fees.

Pricing Disclaimer: Final pricing can only be determined after a meeting or consultation to fully understand your needs, expectations, and project goals.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revisions detailed in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond that will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely communication, feedback, and approvals.
You are responsible for supplying all necessary materials, ensuring they are free of third-party restrictions or copyright violations.
Delays in providing feedback or required content may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables become your property once full payment has been received.
All drafts, working files, templates, concepts, or unused materials remain the property of Okyo Media unless purchased separately.
We may showcase completed non-confidential work in our portfolio or promotional materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect any private or sensitive information shared during the project. Confidentiality does not apply to information already publicly available.

Cancellations and Termination

If you choose to cancel the project, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Okyo Media reserves the right to end a project if communication becomes consistently delayed or if these Terms are violated.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun due to the nature of creative and strategic services.

Liability

Okyo Media is not responsible for indirect damages, business losses, missed opportunities, or performance issues caused by third-party tools or platforms.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for.

Third-Party Tools and Services

If your project requires third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, CRM tools, hosting, or other external platforms, those costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance. Actual delivery dates may change depending on revisions, client response times, or unforeseen factors.

Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless both parties agree otherwise.

Acceptance

By engaging Okyo Media through written confirmation, email, signature, or payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
